Binariang rules Maxis

At the point of writing, Binariang which made a voluntary general offer (VGO) last month to buy the remaining shares of Maxis NOW owns 75% of Maxis Communication Bhd.

Binariang expected the privatisation deal to be completed in two months, now I guess that they are faster than schedule.
