Maxis has long term plans in India
Maxis Communication Bhd says that they are not selling Aircel. According to rumors, Maxis was planning to sell its stake in Aircel Cellular to Reliance Communications in India.
“This report is speculative, having no basis whatsoever. No representative or executive of Aircel or Maxis has been in any discussion with Reliance about this matter,” said Maxis according to Bernama report.
