Celcom to launch new mobile service plan for YOUTH
Here’s a new rumor, Celcom will soon launch a new postpaid or prepaid plan for the youth market.
According to the source, it will probably be called UOX or maybe X University. It will most probably be a prepaid plan which Celcom aims to sign up 1 million youths by the end of the year.
