MCMC: WiMAX deadline on August

MCMC said that all 4 WiMAX operators(P1, Asiaspace, Redtone, YTLe) must launch WiMAX before September this year.

If the operators don’t launch, they can be fined and later has the risk of losing the 2.3Ghz license.
