I am a UK expat and have been travelling in Malaysia for the last month and signed up to Celcom mobile boroadband package as soon as I arrived in JB from Singapore. I have been struggling with the on/off nature of the Celcom 3G service for that month and am glad to find (in this post) that it is not my PC (or my imagination!). Frankly, by 3rd world standards, the service is appalling. I got better and more consistent 3G/HSDPA in Vietnam - and that is an indictment of the Celcom product. Great country you have - but Celcom let you down in this very important area.
