Maxis denies re-listing
Maxis Communications Bhd has denied reports that the company is to be relisted this year after going private two years ago.
“It was just rumours,” chief executive officer Sandip Das told StarBiz yesterday, without elaborating.

CIMB Research, in a note on Monday, said Maxis would be seeking a relisting, possibly as early as September this year.
It said there was a “high likelihood” that Maxis would be relisted soon, citing funding requirements at its Indian operations, Aircel Ltd, which reportedly needed some US$5bil (RM17.5bil) over the next three years.
P.s: Maybe not this year, probably next year?
