Telekom Malaysia Alternative Contact Number

I have been asked by a number of people regarding alternative ways to contact Telekom Malaysia. Imagine your TM phone line is not working and the only possible way to contact TM is dialing 100 via TM fixed line. Smart, isn’t it?

But here’s a change! You can now call 03-22411290 to contact TM’s customer service from Malaysia and anywhere around the world.

Another alternative is via email- help@tm.com.my

    Thanks I found this useful as I have Skype-out to Malaysia landlines only so I couldn't call 100 or toll free from that.

    Thank you for posting the alternative number here. Even TM’s official website is down and I can’t get this number from their site to report my land line which was faulty. Sigh.
