Even though if you use RM5 daily, which amounted to RM150, monthly, prepaid users are not appreciated. Prepaid users for Digi is second class users even though payments was paid in advanced and sometime money being deducted through strict terms and conditions. Still DIGI push hard to get as much as possible from the low income users. DIGI treats low income users as second class and still tries to siphoned credit as much as possible without giving a second thought in their one sided terms and conditions (T&C).
