U Mobile has released new broadband plan for postpaid customers. It has 3 data volume based plan and a unlimited plan.
The 3 data volume plans are 1) UB 10 - 100Mbytes, 2) UB20 - 300Mbytes, 3) UB40 - 2Gbytes.
However the system thinks that I am using normal 1c per 1kbyte rate and burst up to the maximum ceiling value, and thus burst over my credit limit. Hence, my line barred....
Damn, please don't launch it when system is not ready.
I advised you all not to use it when system and billing is problem.
I am waiting for my bill and definitely won't pay for it.
Dear Beautiful Tonight,
It's truly beautiful tongiht :-) becasue I am using the U Mobile unlimited data package now surfing at speed of almost reaching 2mb/s !
I am staying near the Tesco along Jalan Cheras big roundabout.
Back in June, my colleage going brother "stole" my Samsung phone (i-780 with HSDPA) and download some nice pictures... He told me that many of his class mates are subscribing to U Mobile becasue somehow the speed is excellent due to lesser congestion ??!
Somemore they there is an insurance that if you don't buy into any subscription, they will not charge you beyond RM176 for data surfing.
How much is your credit limit that you can surf for so much that they bar you since they have the policy of RM176 maximum cap for data surfing ??
Now I am actually posting using my U Mobile package at blazing speed!!
This is cool! I want to see more competition! Way to go U Mobile!!
:-)
Now I am thinking of buying an HSDPA standalone to subscribe to a different simcard with U Mobile rather than using my original sim for voice call. Can anyone recommend what to buy?
U Mobile customer service is one BIG thank you for me...I mean in opposite way :(
