Celcom to partner with Pernec

Celcom will be partnering with Pernec Sdn Bhd to expand their Xpax reload channels.

If I am not wrong, this partnership has got to do with HELO Top-up Point kiosks, a kiosk that allows mobile users to top up their account without the need to key in the reload digits.

It is as simple as-

1. Identify your mobile network
2. choose your top-up value
3. key in your mobile number
4. insert the cash

The partnership is scheduled to be on 15 March 2010.
