P1 to perform scheduled network maintenance tomorrow

Thank god this time it wasn’t weekend or during daytime for P1′s “scheduled maintenance”. The last one which P1 claimed to be a “network upgrade” caused network outage for more than 24 hours.

The scheduled maintenance this time is on the 9th April 2010- 3am to 8am. Over 100,000 P1 customers won’t be able to access the Internet during this period.

To P1- Your careline needs more guidance in sending out email to customers. Notice the date(27 March 2010) in the email below? Shouldn’t it be 9th April? (click image)

    Actually 20min later, P1 sent out another email yesterday(the correct date) after this post went online.
