Maxis ready to launch IPTV, sometime in Q3

Maxis said that its IPTV service is “technically ready” and plans to launch in Q3 2010.

“Technically we’re ready to launch. Somewhere in the third quarter this year, we will have a soft launch and hope our customers can try the service and give their feedback before the official launch later,” chief operating officer Jean-Pascal van Overbeke told reporters after the company’s annual general meeting yesterday.
