Time dotCom to acquire AIMS Group plus 2 other firms
Time dotCom (TdC) has proposed to buy three companies for RM339 million.
Those 3 companies are AIMS Group for RM128 million, Global Transit Communications Sdn Bhd (GTC) for RM106 million and Global Transit Ltd (GTL) for RM105 million.
The acquisition will be financed by RM90.9 million in cash and RM248.1 million in shares, and is expected to be completed within the next six months.
