P1 to announce LTE collaboration with China Mobile
P1(Packet One) is expected to announce a collaboration with China Mobile next week.


China Mobile, the world’s largest mobile operator with a subscriber base of over 500 million will work together with P1 for the TD-LTE deployment in Malaysia & SE Asia.
In April 2011, P1 has already announced that it will deploy LTE and retain its WiMAX network. During the demonstration with its network partner ZTE, download speeds achieved was over 100Mbps.
A memorandum of understand (MoU) is expected to be signed between P1(Green Packet) & China Mobile early next week.
