[Video] U Mobile CEO apologises for the Network Interruption
3G mobile operator which experienced a network interruption yesterday posted a video on its Facebook page to explain the outage.
The video which was posted about 11PM contains a message from its Chief Executive Officer(CEO), Dr. Kaizad B. Heerjee who claims that the service interruption was caused by a network upgrade. However the service has been restored.

The CEO also apologises for the interruption. His exacts words are “Today we let you down and I would like to apologise for the service interruption you have experienced,”
However some customers who commented on the video demanded compensation for the outage which lasted between 11-6PM during business hours. One message says “Mr CEO how r u going to compensate us with this incident? We use your telecommunication service as a primary business line and during that interruption can u imagine how much it had caused a lost to us?”
