“We will continue to roll out and scale up our service offerings and customer touch points in the coming weeks. We want to create a good customer experience by ensuring each touch point will be properly equipped and trained to handle the special purchasing process while advising our customers on how best to utilise the many benefits of Mobile Internet,” explains Praveen Rajan, Head of Products – Internet & Services in DiGi.

Open to youths between 21 and 30 with monthly gross income of RM3,000 and below, the Youth Communications Package is a Malaysia Government initiative via SKMM to drive 3G smartphone adoption among youths. Eligible youths are required to register at a dedicated SKMM website to qualify for the RM200 rebate.
