NSN completes takeover of Motorola Solutions’ Networks

Nokia Siemens Networks(NSN) has completed its acquisition of Motorola Solutions’ Networks assets paying US $975 million in cash. The deal makes NSN the world’s second largest wireless infrastructure and services provider.
