Wikipedia- DiGi Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd., DiGi, is a mobile service provider in Malaysia. It is owned in majority by Telenor ASA of Norway with 49%. On 24 May 1995 DiGi became the first telco in Malaysia to launch and operate a fully digital cellular network.

They were also the first to offer GPRS (2.5G) and later EDGE (2.75G) in Malaysia in 14 May 2004. DiGi primarily uses the GSM1800 band with the network code of 50216. DiGi has a 3G network with name Turbo 3G in December 2009.its also promoted 4G DiGi’s Turbo 3G has a speed of 14.4Mbps HSPA.

DiGi is listed on the Bursa Malaysia under the Infrastructure category.

    I buy Digi Music Pluz for RM5.00 ,then it says 10 freemusic for one month.Then,I download the music that I want,but some of the music is not completed or not full.Then,I download one but it become two but its the same song,I have two same song but not complete.. I download six song only and it became nine because two song is same.. Please help me digi,thank you

    Re: Unsatisfied CustomerI have spoken to Ms Yoke today and I understand that I have exceeded my limit of 5.1GB. DIGI does not provide customer to top up even though there is an advanced deposit paid upfront on this plan. Otherwise, I am also willing to pay for any additional top up. It seems that DIGI does not have such plan and I was told to wait until 8th of the month.This is ridiculous because it is not what I was told when I agreed to take this plan (Samsung S lll) on 11 September 2012 from AEON AU 2. As you will agree, other providers do provide top up as and when request is made. DIGI plan is not user friendly and it is not fair for a customer to wait until the 8th of every month.Under such circumstances I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service rendered.I am seriously considering of terminating the contract without obligation to any penalty.I hope to hear from you soon.Thank youRoland Wee Cheng SweeDigi Ref: 016-7171660

    Why the digi did not provide any other language besides English language on its helpline assistance? This is Malaysia. You should provide at least one other language which is the Bahasa Malaysia as a guide for users who do not understand English. I believe not all digi users who understand English only. Please upgrade the needs of consumers who subscribe to your product.
