Celcom to partner with Pernec

Celcom will be partnering with Pernec Sdn Bhd to expand their Xpax reload channels. If I am not wrong, this partnership has got to do with HELO Top-up Point kiosks, a kiosk that allows mobile users to top up their account without the need to key in the reload digits.
