TIME Engineering Bhd, the ICT flagship outfit of the UEM Group, has been appointed by Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd’s subsidiary, MSC Management Services Sdn Bhd (MSCMS), to market the latter’s Air Broadband WIMAX and WIFI solutions and services.
The two companies signed a teaming agreement on Dec 22, incorporating TIME’s appointment as a technology partner to market the Air Broadband technology and services non-exclusively in Malaysia and exclusively to the rest of the Asean region.
In a statement, TIME said with the agreement, it would be able to play a role in providing the solutions and services in line with the National Broadband Plan. No other details were provided on the solutions and service.
At the signing ceremony, TIME was represented by its managing director Amiruddin Abdul Aziz while MSCMS was represented by its head of business development, Azman Karib Ibrahim, on behalf of its chairman, Badlisham Ghazali.
