Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is running a Public Inquiry on the Review of Mandatory Standards for the Quality of Service of Broadband Access Service .
The purpose of this Public Inquiry is to obtain inputs from the industry and the public on the proposed revision of mandatory standards on quality of service of broadband in Malaysia.
Your feedback is very important as it determines whether you will be getting a faster and a better internet service in future or you might enjoy the super fast speed that you have now in future and probably worst.
If you are not satisfied with your Internet Provider(examples like slow speed, internet always down….etc), send an email in hard copy or electronic form to [email protected] by 24 May,2007.
