The SMS service is monitored by Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board (CVLB) and operates in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. There are also plans to implement it in the Klang Valley.
To use the service, a user first sends his/her address either in Putrajaya or Cyberjaya(Note: each SMS is charged RM1) via SMS to 33030 , where the request will be sent to all taxi drivers in the areas(Cyberjaya/Putrajaya) via radio. The user is expected to get a reply within 1 minute whether a taxi is available together with the taxi number and the time needed to reach their address.
