Has D’House become D’Spa now?If you are a one of the DiGi’s 1,850-plus employees, then for the next 10days, you should get some shiatsu massages, reflexology, manicures, or pedicures and eyebrow threading.
The treatments are available from 10am to 7pm on weekdays.
DiGi’s head of human resource Adzhar Ibrahim told The Edge FinancialDaily at the launch that the company is spending a six-figure sum for the treat, but added that it costs no more than what a company would spend on an annual dinner. “It is our message to the people about the need to have a healthy work-life balance. We expect people to work hard but we do expect people to take time to relax “he said. “We see this as one of those things that help make DiGi unique.”
DiGi gave 4GB Nano iPods to all of their 1,700 employees end of last year..
