All the four call centres currently use the Integrated Allied Relationship System or iCARE IT support system to enhance their capabilities and efficiencies” chief executive officer of TM Group Datuk Abdul Wahid Omar said during his speech at the launching ceremony here today.

The event was officiated by Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon.

Abdul Wahid said the iCARE was created for an enhanced customer network operating system.

The system which will provide more detailed client information will enable a customer service representative to serve customers more effectively.

All four centres are operated by TM’s subsidiary company, VADS, a provider of comprehensive Information Communication Technology services and integrated network solutions.
