AirAsia has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Swiss firm OnAir Switzerland Sarl to provide inflight mobile services for AirAsia’s passengers.
AirAsia X has also signed a similar agreement for at least 15 Airbus A300-300 aircraft.
The service which enable customers to make phone calls, SMS and data services will only be available in early 2009.
