If you have any problems with your mobile services or Internet, like having drop calls, no coverage, false charges including SMS charges billed by third party, slow internet service, frequent disconnection on Internet…...make a complaint to the MCMC IF the service provider has failed to solve your problem within 30 days of your complaint made to the service provider.
