To use D’Chat, login to your OCS account on the DiGi’s website, click D’Chat on the left menu, choose the category and start chatting with a CSR.

The best part is, you can always copy the conversation with the CSR and use it as proof when wrong information is given or the CSR is being rude.
The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Remember, D’Chat handles queries based on DiGi-related products and services and not other related matters.
