Now if you still remember XOX, they will be announcing their partnership with Celcom on Monday.
XOX, an MVNO operator(probably the fifth MVNO licensee in Malaysia) will be offering its mobile services and contents to the Chinese community in Malaysia. This is the first MVNO to do so in Malaysia.
Some rumors that I have heard says that XOX will be launching XOX NET, a social network portal for its users. I guess http://www.xox.net.my is the site for XOX NET.
An MVNO offers mobile services under its own brand but using telecom infrastructure of other mobile operator.
