Flat International SMS rate for Maxis Postpaid users
Effective January 1, 2009, Maxis will charge a flat rate for international SMSes to 20 countries. This flat rate is applicable to its postpaid users.

Postpaid users will be charge RM1 per SMS sent from Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Macau, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Britain, the United States and Vietnam.
