I received a few feedback from DiGi regarding my post here previously.
Thumbs up to you DiGi!! The problem was brought up to their Head of Customer Service until up to their CEO.
Although it is still not clear what happened, DiGi has promised that they will look into it and fix it, and this is good enough for me. At least, they took it seriously and I am happy that they did.
Hope to see the changes soon.
