I wonder how would you visit the website when your internet connection is down? Maybe P1 should find alternative ways of informing customers about their network issues such as during the early days(of P1 WiMAX) when P1 sends out SMSes informing customers that they will be carrying out upgrades on their network.
This message goes out to all the ISPs out there, PLEASE DON’T LEAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS IN THE DARK.
Personally in my opinion, if your network is down, inform the customers first before they knows about it. I know network will have hundreds(probably thousands) of issues, but customers who are paying for a service should know when the service is not available or won’t be available for a certain period, and the right way of doing it is to get in touch with the customer.
For those who had problems with your P1 Internet Connection since yesterday night, it has been resolved now. To the readers who called me, thank you. I was told that the P1 Technical Team was working around the clock to fix the problem.
