Jason Lo, Chief Executive Officer of Tune Talk, a new MVNO company that is scheduled to launch in July 2009 was interviewed on radio station BFM recently.

In this first part, Jason Lo, CEO of Tune Talk, discusses his transition from pop icon to CEO and talks a llittle about the difficulties of being a musician in Malaysia. He also talks a little about Tune Talk’s business plan and strategy, its shareholders, its current valuation, launch date and its funding position.

In this second part, Jason Lo, CEO of Tune Talk, talks about the benefits of having Celcom and the Tune Group as its shareholders. He also discusses the shift in people’s habits to mobile telco usage, whether Tune is late to the game and what makes it different. He also provides some financial details like average revenue per user, subscriber targets, profit margins, the road to profitability and the big picture — perhaps an IPO. He also talks about his friendship with Khairy Jamaludin, the son-in-law of former Prime Minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
