Celcom Twitter-SMS

It’s not a perfect service and Celcom has failed to make that clear to customers.

First using this service, you wouldn’t know if someone replies to your tweet. Second, you need to manually follow someone even if your Twitter SMS mobile number is linked to your Twitter account. Third, you cannot check or do Direct Message.

On top of that, command words like “unfollow” plus a list of other possible command words appear to be missing from the Celcom Twitter-SMS page on Channel X. Celcom, where are the list of commands/keywords for using this Celcom Twitter-SMS?

This service is suppose to integrate with the current Twitter service. Is Celcom trying to create a whole new Twitter again?

I am pretty sure that Celcom makes a lot of money at RM1/week for a “perfect” service like this.
