Thank god this time it wasn’t weekend or during daytime for P1’s “scheduled maintenance”. The last one which P1 claimed to be a “network upgrade” caused network outage for more than 24 hours.
The scheduled maintenance this time is on the 9th April 2010- 3am to 8am. Over 100,000 P1 customers won’t be able to access the Internet during this period.
To P1- Your careline needs more guidance in sending out email to customers. Notice the date(27 March 2010) in the email below? Shouldn’t it be 9th April? (click image)
