Starting 1st August 2010, Celcom Broadband will start charging customers for billing if they failed to opt out from paper bills.
Probably some sort of cost cutting measure, customers that failed to opt out will then be charged according to below:
Print Bill – Summary: RM2
Print Bill – Itemised: RM3
Celcom Broadband customers who wants to opt out from billing can walk in to Celcom branch or call the Celcom helpline- 1 300 111 000.
