I recently discovered a video on Youtube where Telekom Malaysia shows how it it handles a customer’s complaint(Streamyx) in TM Point.
A very good video ad I must say but in reality, this would never happen in TM, unless they decides to revamp the whole customer service department by replacing every single managers/head of department. TM will also need huge investment to educate all their customer service staff to learn how to do BASIC customer service.
For me, I think the video is really funny since in real life, everything in the video is opposite.
