It appears that Celcom is planning for something big in September. A little bird told me that some “up to” few million “media buy” has been purchased by Celcom for the third and fourth week this month after Raya.

It is believed that Celcom might be launching the Blackberry Torch(9800). No details has been confirmed so far. DiGi and Maxis might only launch the Torch next month.
