YES ID account page now accessible

Since my last post yesterday titled “Hackers might know your YES ID Password“, YTL today has opened up their YES ID account page for customers.

While the site was loading extremely slow on Streamyx at the point of writing, customers can check(I have not tested yet) their account number, account balance, change settings, change password and more. But I wasn’t able to find details about my exact usage(kilobytes/megabytes used).

I am not sure if YTL is currently testing the system but hopefully starting from today, YES customers would be able to login to their account as they should 7 days back.

In the mean time, SKMM told me that they are monitoring the situation.

YES customers can login to their account here- https://www.yes.my/portal/public/ytlc/myAccount

When I go to my Personal Details under Accounts Settings there is this message:
“This portlet encountered an error and could not be displayed”

  • principle account

what the heck is a principle account?

I can’t get any access to YES ID account page since day one. Keep getting invalid username or password even keying in the correct one. Or simply redirect me to the Red Hat login page and then leads me to a Forbidden page saying that “You don’t have permission to access some portal on this server”. =S
