In a video created by Mobile Future, it said that 2010 was the year mobile connected the world.
Some highlights in the video “Mobile Year in Review 2010” include a massive 5 billion apps were downloaded in 2010, up from 300 million in 2009. 5 million Foursquare users in 2010, up from 200,000 in 2009.
Also a 347% increase in Twitter mobile usage and 200 million mobile Facebook users this year. There were 100 million YouTube videos played on mobile devices everyday.
