YTL’s super fast YES4G is now 2-months old and it broke what was promised, again- YTL YES FAILED to issue monthly bill on Jan 19. I’m not surprised!
It is funny that the big bosses talk about how they plan to change our broadband service, promising true 4G broadband and the way we pay for the service. But they can’t even tell customers something very basic- how much data have been consumed & how much was charged?
Even the YES calculator can’t show a simple calculation on how much 3MB would cost you.
I assume YTL doesn’t want to tell us(customers) how much data we have used?
Dear YTL- “Building a people’s network” should start from the basic of an Internet service- billing, customer service, coverage, quality of service..etc. Stop your YES advertisements and focus at your current customers, your promises.
Instead I hear a lot of YTL bosses & YES employees talking and talking about something that remains as talk but no action. Since SKMM is not doing their job?- They should be thankful this is Malaysia.
So how much have you spent on Yes4G? RM100, RM200, RM1000?
