Maxis today soft-launched an online community forum for its customers.
What is Maxis Forum?
This is an online community where Maxis customers can gather and help each other out by answering questions or providing helpful solutions and tips.Currently only Maxis postpaid customers are eligible to join in the discussions, but we plan to open the Forum to everyone in the near future. By login on, you’ll be able to exchange ideas, get solutions and collect reward points for helping solve problems.
Four major topics are made available- Current Promotions, Maxis Coverage, IDD, Devices, Business, Mobile & Plans, Broadband, Maxis Scholarship for Excellence Awards.
The Maxis Forum require users to have a Maxis Online ID to participate.
Its good to see that Maxis is implementing new services to interact better with customers after receiving feedback from a group of online influencers last month. The operator is also working on a new customer service app that will be made available soon.
I believe Maxis is opening up more online customer support channels to reduce the number of calls it gets every month. Maxis call center gets at least 1 million calls a month and this doesn’t include walk-in customers.
The success of Maxis Forum is highly dependent on how fast Maxis Online Customer Service team respond and resolve a question or an issue.
By the way, Maxis also created an internal forum at ideapost.maxis.com.my for its own employees.
