Maxis is quietly working on something called “Maxis Wiki”.
Basically, it is a place where customers can get answers about Maxis product & service. But Maxis Wiki is not similar to Wikipedia where users can post or edit the topics. This section is fully managed by Maxis.
Currently there are only few topic available and Maxis will have to put in more effort to improve it.
