Celcom Customer Service via FB is the official platform for you to reach us anytime, anywhere. We’d be happy to assist you from 9:00a.m. to 12:00 midnight (GMT +8:00) daily. Postings submitted after operation hours will be attended to the next day.
There are also certain “House Rules” to be followed. The Celcom Customer Service page is not officially announced and currently has about 1k members.
