With the implementation of the application sometime first quarter next year, our customers will get to enjoy the convenience of e-coupon redemption plus mobile payment via Celcom Aircash. Additionally, they will also get to enjoy greater rewards and discounts on this coupon site,” said Afizulazha, adding that, Celcom will be the first telco to offer the convenience of mobile payment to customers at merchants’ stores via point-of-sale terminal.

“This application will transform the website’s redemption landscape from the traditional physical paper printout to electronic format whereby e-coupon will be delivered directly to customers’ mobile phones. Customers will have peace of mind whenever they receive and use the e-coupon as indirectly they are contributing towards conservation of the environment. Also, this mode also provides customers convenience as they do not have to bring the physical coupon to the retail outlet. With the e-coupon, which is stored in the mobile phone, it can be utilised anytime, anywhere.”
