A new MVNO will soon be launched in Malaysia and it is called SpeakOut.
SpeakOut is prepaid service and has network agreement with one of the local telco. Not much details are available now but SpeakOut currently targets the following market:
- Students / Youth
- Foreigners (Business Travelers, Tourists, Migrant Workers)
- Retirees
- Business & IT Savvy Professionals
- Telco Blacklisted Individuals
There’s no contract or subscription fees. The prepaid rates for data, calls and sms are expected to be as low as Tune Talk/Happy(DiGi).
