As reported on Malaysian Wireless yesterday, Maxis announced its new fibre-to-the-home plan with speeds up to 30Mbps, the fastest broadband speed for mass market in Malaysia. The new 30Mbps packages cost RM398/month and comes with a 300GB data quota.
As part of a promotion, the Home 30Mbps allows “unlimited download” until end the of 2011. Features of the Maxis Home 30Mbps plan:
- 1000 minutes free calls to Maxis Mobile numbers
- 300 minutes free calls to IDD numbers
- 200 free minutes on Maxis Mobile
- Free devices- WiFi Modem and DECT Phone
A 24-month contract applies on all Maxis Home Internet packages.
