Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) and GJH Avenue Sdn Bhd (GJH) recently inked a Service Agreement for the deployment and provision of TM’s High Speed Broadband (HSBB) network infrastructure and services to GJH’s new residential development project located at Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Taman Paya Rumput Perdana, Melaka – the first UniFi-equipped Township in Melaka.

Under this collaboration, the new housing area will be equipped with high speed broadband infrastructure which is UniFi enabled. Residents and owners of Taman Paya Rumput Perdana Phase 1 and 2 can immediately subscribe and enjoy the UniFi experience.
UniFi is offered as a triple-play services comprising of high speed internet, video (IPTV) and voice, with speeds from 5Mbps up to 20Mbps via fiber technology (Fiber-to-the-Home or “FTTH”). Currently, it is available in 77 areas covering more than 1,105,000 premises passed including key economic and industrial zones including Klang Valley, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Kulim Hi-Tech Park and Bayan Baru industrial area.
In Melaka, the deployment of UniFi has covered Malim residential area and will be expanded next year to Ayer Keroh, Melaka Tengah, Tangga Batu and Batu Berendam.
