We wish to notify and alert our customers that the recent voice calls requesting political votes that were sent to our customers impersonating Celcom as the sender is considered as fraud.
As such, we wish to advise our customers to ignore such calls and messages as it is being administered by irresponsible parties requesting sensitive information from our users. We wish to advise our customer against responding to such calls and messages and should they find it obtrusive to report it to the relevant authorities.
To further enhance public awareness on this matter, we wish to share a sample of the voice call that is being circulated among our customers.
