There was another U Mobile network outage earlier today. It seems U Mobile 3G network was down in the morning and afternoon however the outage occurred at selected areas and not nationwide.
On Twitter, U Mobile posted the following message to its 2,200 followers about 11.30am today:
Our 3G services in some areas in Seri Kembangan are currently disrupted. Some customers maybe affected. The rectification is in progress. Any inconvenience caused is much regretted. TQ. ^CS02
However U Mobile Facebook fans were kept in the dark as no notification was posted on it despite the huge 115,000 “likes”.
Just like the outage earlier this month, U Mobile did not explain the reason on why the network went down. MalaysianWireless has tried to contact U Mobile for a response however they did not reply.

U Mobile Prepaid Subscribers can’t unsubscribe from BlackBerry Internet Service
MalaysianWireless would also like to highlight another issue that U Mobile is facing. There appears to be a problem for certain prepaid customers to unsubscribe from U Mobile BlackBerry(BIS) service.
Just like the customer above(screenshot), we made our complaint about two weeks ago but at the point of writing the case is yet to be resolved. We hope U Mobile could fix their network issue as soon as possible for customers to enjoy a smooth experience.
