P1 has launched the “Money Back Guarantee” ForBiz Plan for SOHO and SME customers with value for money offerings and a 50% discount on monthly commitment fee.
The plan comes with a 30-day “Money Back Guarantee” scheme that enables customers to experience P1’s enhanced services at “no loss”. P1 will refund the upfront payment (RM 100), the prorated and advanced monthly fee if customers cancel the services within 30days from subscription under this scheme. However, if the customer choose to stay on after the first month, a 50% deduction from the commitment fee for the 2nd and 3rd month’s service will be enjoyed by customers. On top of that, a complimentary analog phone will also be given as part of the promotion.
There are 3 packages under the P1 ForBiz plan- RM99, RM149 & RM199. The RM99 package comes with 1Mbps speed and 15GB data per month while the RM149 packages has 30GB data and up to 2Mbps speed. The RM199 package offers the fastest speed up to 5Mbps and 50GB monthly data. All plan comes with free bundled call minutes of up to 300 minutes per month.
On the Voice services, customers will be able to utilize the free call minutes to make calls on fixed line to Australia, Canada, China,Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom and the USA. Additonally calls can also be made to mobile lines in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and USA. The free call minutes can also be used for local fixed and mobile numbers.
